I threw a dinner party a weekend or so back and snapped a few photos of the delicious results.
Here is a rough description of the culinary artistry on display:
Appetizer: Roasted eggplant pepper hummus
First course: Mussels in spicy sausage pepper ragout
Second course: Scallops in sweet/sour/spicy sauce (not pictured)
Third course: Lemongrass scallop skewers with spicy coconut sauce
Main course: Halibut in thai coconut curry
Side dish w/Main course: Spicy Thai beets
Exceptional performances by all participants. Keri & Mike put on quite an exhibition. The mussels, scallops & beets were my favorites.
